Specific Responsibilities
Assist in designing volunteer training schedules and systems.
Research learning styles and process relevant information into current teaching system.
Assist in training of volunteers and systems analysis of stations.
Increase prevalence of volunteer appreciation and reward enhancement programs.
General Volunteer Coordination Support: Lead regular tours of the computer recycling facility introducing e-waste and ethical recycling.
Respond to inquiries about our Volunteer Program & Orientations .
Train volunteers on specific stations.
Input data related to volunteer programs.
Required Skills

Time line
Weeks 1-2 (50 hours) Learn volunteer training methods, stations and orientations.
Weeks 2-4 (50 hours)
Research learning styles, volunteer appreciation programs and systems analysis. Train volunteers on all various stations
Weeks 4-8 (100 hours)
Implement volunteer appreciation programs. Implement improved educational material. Run orientations and new volunteer introductions. Log work produced and update Wiki.
