Note that listname does not include a leading 'fg-'

 ssh mail.shop.lan
 sudo -i
 list-aliases.pl <listname> >> /etc/exim4/virtual/freegeekvancouver.org

Then in a browser go to http://lists.freegeekvancouver.org/cgi-bin/mailman/create and create the list with the leading 'fg-'
