When the rack was moved in February 2014, the existing cables for the link to the mezzanine were extended from the old location by the kitchen.  They are marked with multiple rings on the end.  6 & 7 rings are the ends of the existing cables.  4 Rings is the internet connection from the cable modem to the Router.  3 & 5 as marked above, and 2 rings mark a currently unused cable.
