RBRC

(Rechargeable Battery Recycling Corporation)

We don't actually contact RBRC, we just need to get the filled boxes into the hand of a Purolator person. All material ships to Fort Erie, ON and then to a company in PN called Inmetco. Some cell phones are refurb and sold in the USA with proceeds going to charity.

  • How: Boxen come with bags. One battery per bag. If battery is too big for the bag, tape up the end of the terminal.
  • What: Portable rechargeable batteries, including laptop batteries, cell phones
  • What not: UPS batteries

  • WHAT: computer related magnetic media (floppies, DAT tapes, etc.)
  • We remove the media from paper sleeves and plastic jewel cases. Media goes in the gray bin with slotted top. They come in every 2 weeks automatically and pick up.
